Installation Notes
- Disconnect the spark plug wires and make sure the engine is in neutral before servicing the propeller.
- Remove the cotter pin, propeller nut, and washer.
- Slide the propeller off the propeller shaft. Use a suitable propeller puller if it is stuck.
- Remove the old or sheared pin and clean debris from the propeller shaft and hub.
- Slide the propeller back onto the shaft and align the pin holes.
- Insert one new drive pin through the propeller hub and shaft.
- Reinstall the washer and propeller nut, tightening it to the engine manufacturer’s specified torque.
- Install a new cotter pin and bend the ends to secure the nut.
