This aftermarket Volvo Penta transom bellows kit includes the three primary replacement components used to service compatible AQ-series and sterndrive applications: a U-joint bellows, an exhaust bellows and a water pipe. It is intended for replacing worn, cracked or damaged bellows and the associated water pipe on compatible Volvo Penta marine stern-drive units.

The kit is identified for most Volvo Penta AQ200, AQ250, AQ270, AQ275, AQ280 and AQ290 applications, including selected AQ290 SP and DP configurations and the SP-A, SP-B, DP-A, DP-B, DP-C, DP-D, DP-E and DP-G drive families. Installation Notes

1. Confirm the exact sterndrive model and compare the original component references with 876294, 876631 and 875822.
2. Disconnect the battery and follow the vessel and engine manufacturer's safety procedures.
3. Remove the sterndrive as required by the applicable service manual to access the transom bellows and water pipe.
4. Remove the old components and thoroughly clean the mating surfaces. Remove old adhesive, corrosion and rubber residue without damaging the housings.
5. Install the replacement U-joint bellows and exhaust bellows in the correct orientation. Make sure each bellows is fully seated and free from twists or folds.
6. Install the replacement water pipe and any required clamps or hardware according to the applicable service instructions.
7. Tighten fasteners and clamps to the manufacturer's specified torque and installation requirements.
8. Reinstall the sterndrive and complete all required checks before operation.
9. After launching, inspect the installation for water leaks and abnormal exhaust leakage before operating at speed.
10. Professional installation is recommended because bellows service normally requires sterndrive removal and correct alignment.
