Installation Notes

Shut off the fuel supply and work in a well-ventilated area away from ignition sources.
Locate the existing fuel filter in the fuel line. Place a rag underneath to catch spills.
Loosen the clamps on both sides of the old filter and carefully slide the fuel lines off.
Note the fuel flow direction, usually indicated by an arrow on the new filter body.
Install the new filter, ensuring the arrow points toward the engine (in the direction of fuel flow).
Secure the fuel lines onto the filter fittings using the new hose clamps.
Turn the fuel supply back on, prime the engine if necessary, and check thoroughly for any leaks before starting.
