Installation Notes
- Tilt your outboard motor to the highest position.
- With the motor raised, slip the transom saver support over the exposed trim ram piston(s). Ensure it is seated securely.
- For engines with a single trim ram, place the support on the designated ram (typically starboard/right side for certain models).
- Slowly lower the motor until the support is held firmly between the motor and the tilt/trim unit, preventing further downward movement. Do not apply excessive pressure.
- Install the included steer stop clips onto the hydraulic steering cylinder rods to prevent engine sway during transit.
