Product Details
This aftermarket water pump impeller with key is designed for selected Honda Marine 4-stroke outboards, including BF175, BF200, BF225 and BF250 models. The included key is supplied with the impeller for the water-pump installation.
The impeller corresponds to Honda OEM reference 19210-ZY3-003 and is also listed with aftermarket references Sierra Marine 18-3031 and Mallory Marine 9-45106. The same impeller profile is also identified for Nissan/Tohatsu marine applications under OEM reference HZY3-19210-003.

Installation Notes
- Turn the engine off, remove the ignition key and disconnect the battery according to the engine manufacturer’s safety procedure.
- Remove the lower unit or gearcase as required for access to the water-pump housing.
- Remove the water-pump housing and take out the old impeller and key.
- Inspect the housing, wear plate, cup, seals and drive keyway for wear, scoring or damage. Replace damaged parts before reassembly.
- Install the supplied key securely in the driveshaft keyway and align the impeller hub with the key.
- Lubricate the impeller with clean water, glycerin, liquid soap or an approved lubricant. Do not use petroleum-based grease on the rubber impeller.
- Install the impeller into the housing while rotating the driveshaft in the manufacturer-specified direction so the blades seat correctly.
- Reassemble the water-pump housing and lower unit using the correct gaskets, seals and torque specifications for the engine.
- After installation, verify a strong cooling-water telltale stream and monitor the engine temperature during the first test run.
