- Designed as a direct replacement for compatible applications using the listed reference numbers.
- Intended for bolt-on installation at the original mounting location when the application is confirmed.
- The original pulley must be transferred from the old pump; a pulley is not included.
- Inspect the replacement pump, mounting points, fittings and pulley alignment before installation.

Installation Notes
- Disconnect the vessel's battery and follow the applicable service-manual safety procedures before beginning work.
- Relieve residual pressure in the power-steering system and protect painted surfaces from spilled fluid.
- Loosen the tensioner and remove the serpentine belt from the pump pulley.
- Use an appropriate pulley puller to remove the pulley from the old pump. Do not pry against the pulley or pump housing.
- Inspect the original pulley, key, mounting surfaces and fittings. Transfer only compatible, serviceable components.
- Disconnect the high-pressure and return hydraulic lines, using suitable plugs or rags to limit fluid loss.
- Unbolt the old pump from its mounting bracket and remove it from the engine.
- Mount the replacement pump and tighten the fasteners to the engine manufacturer's specified torque.
- Reconnect the high-pressure and return lines. Confirm that fittings are correctly seated and routed.
- Install the pulley and serpentine belt, then check pulley alignment and belt tension.
- Fill the reservoir with the fluid specified by the engine or steering-system manufacturer.
- Bleed the system according to the applicable service procedure. Check for leaks, recheck the fluid level and verify steering operation before returning the vessel to service.
Troubleshooting & FAQ
How do I confirm fitment for my engine?
Match the original pump's manufacturer number to the references in the Part Number Matrix, then compare the mounting arrangement, pulley alignment, hydraulic fittings and engine model information. The listed displacement alone is not sufficient to confirm compatibility.
Does this pump come with a new pulley?
No. The pulley is not included. If the original pulley is compatible and serviceable, it must be removed with the correct puller and installed on the replacement pump with proper alignment.
Are hoses, fittings or mounting hardware included?
No. This listing is for the power steering pump only. Reuse of existing components is subject to condition and compatibility.
What type of power-steering fluid should I use?
Use only the fluid specified by your engine or steering-system service manual. The wrong fluid can damage the pump and other steering components.
What are signs of a failing power-steering pump?
Common symptoms can include whining or groaning that changes with engine speed, increased steering effort, foamy or low fluid, and visible leaks. Inspect the complete system because hoses, fittings, belts and steering components can produce similar symptoms.
Can I install this pump myself?
Installation requires mechanical experience, a suitable pulley puller and the correct bleeding and torque procedures. Professional installation is recommended when the required tools or service information are not available.
Is this an OEM part?
No. This is an aftermarket replacement. The listed manufacturer part numbers are reference numbers used for application comparison and are not a claim that this product is manufactured by those brands.
What is the return or replacement period?
This product is listed with a 30-day return/replacement period. Contact support with your order details if a problem is found, and follow the applicable return instructions.
Safety & Important Information
- Verify the original part number, engine model, mounting arrangement, hydraulic fittings and pulley alignment before ordering.
- Do not operate the vessel if the steering system leaks, contains air, or does not operate normally after installation.
- This is an aftermarket replacement, not an OEM component.
- Professional installation is recommended for safety and correct system bleeding.
