Installation Notes
- Disconnect the battery and ensure the engine is securely mounted.
- Place a drain pan under the lower unit and remove the gearcase oil drain screw to empty the oil.
- Remove the mounting bolts that attach the lower unit (gearcase) to the upper casing.
- Carefully lower the gearcase to expose the water pump housing.
