Refund policy
Returns
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused and uninstalled, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@seasierra.com. Because we ship from two warehouses (U.S. and overseas), the correct return address depends on your order. We will provide the correct return address once your return is approved. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs

Outbound shipping (we ship to you):
We offer free shipping, so you do not need to pay shipping costs when placing your order. -
Return shipping (sending items back):
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Restocking / Processing Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns on hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the current item (if eligible), and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day Cooling-off Period
For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
