Return & Refund Policy

SeaSierra wants you to shop with confidence. We understand that plans change, and we are here to help.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: You can request a full cancellation before your order has been shipped or produced. If you cancel before the item is shipped, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.
  • After Shipment: We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped out. In this case, you will need to wait for the item to arrive and proceed with the return process.

2. Return Window & Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return most new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fee

To ensure transparency, return shipping responsibilities are defined as follows:

  • Defective / Damaged / Wrong Item (Our Error): We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is the result of our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item).
  • Customer Remorse (Changed Mind / Size / Preference): If you purchased the wrong product, it doesn't fit, or you no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping. Important Note: As our return facility is located in China, international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fee.

4. Return Process (Step-by-Step)

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Email us at info@seasierra.com with your Order Number and the Reason for Return.
  • Step 2: We will review your request. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and instructions. (Note: Do not send items back to the address on the shipping package without contacting us first.)
  • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Please include your order confirmation email or a note with your order number inside the package.
  • Step 4: Ship the package using a trackable shipping method and notify us via email with the Tracking Number so we can monitor its arrival.

6. Exceptions & Rejected Returns

  • Rejected Returns: Returns may be rejected or only partially refunded if items show signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components.
  • Custom Products / Gift Cards: Items that are personalized or specifically commissioned cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

7. Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos or videos so we can resolve the issue quickly through replacement or refund. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are handled as a return plus a new purchase. Once your return is approved, simply place a new order for the item you want.

9. Refunds & Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
