This Impeller Repair Kit – Fits Crusader/Pleasurecraft 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.0L, 8.1L Marine Engines is a direct-fit replacement for Pleasurecraft Marine (PCM) 5.0L, 5.7L, 6.0L, and 8.1L inboard engines from 2004 and newer that use a serpentine belt driven water pump. It is fully compatible with popular models including the Excalibur 330, EX343, ZR6, ZR409, and 5.0L Pro Sport series.

Installation Notes
- Ensure the engine is off and cool. Close the raw water intake seacock.
- Access the raw water pump housing. Note the direction of the serpentine belt if removal is necessary.
- Remove the pump cover plate and any existing O-rings or gaskets.
- Note the orientation of the old impeller blades before removal. Remove the old impeller.
- Clean the inside of the pump housing and cover plate, inspecting for wear or scoring.
- Lightly lubricate the new O-rings and interior of the pump housing with water-resistant grease or soap.
- Install the new impeller, bending the blades in the same direction as the original.
- Install the new O-rings and re-secure the cover plate, tightening bolts evenly.
- Re-install the serpentine belt if it was removed.
- Open the raw water intake seacock. Start the engine and immediately check for leaks and proper water flow.
