Installation Notes

1. Ensure the engine is off and the water intake seacock is closed.
2. Remove the cover plate from the water pump housing.
3. Use pliers or an impeller puller to carefully remove the old impeller.
4. Clean the interior of the pump housing, removing any debris or old impeller fragments.
5. Install the new gasket on the cover plate or pump body as required.
6. Apply the provided glycerin lubricant to the inside of the pump housing and the new impeller.
7. Insert the new impeller, bending the blades in the correct rotational direction if necessary.
8. Reinstall the cover plate and tighten the screws evenly.
9. Open the seacock and check for leaks after starting the engine.
