Installation Notes

1. Ensure the engine is off and cool. Shut off the fuel supply and disconnect the battery if applicable.
2. Carefully disconnect the fuel line from the existing carburetor. Have a rag ready to catch any spilled fuel.
3. Remove the airbox cover and filter to access the carburetor mounting bolts.
4. Disconnect the throttle linkage and any other connected lines or sensors.
5. Unbolt and remove the old carburetor. Clean the mounting surface of any old gasket material.
6. Position the new gasket and carburetor, then tighten the mounting bolts evenly.
7. Reconnect the throttle linkage, fuel line, and any other disconnected items.
8. Reinstall the air filter and cover. Turn the fuel supply back on and prime the system if necessary.
9. Start the engine and check for fuel leaks and proper idle speed. Adjust as needed.
