This complete Carburetor Rebuild Kit – Fits Yamaha & Tohatsu 15-25HP Outboards (Replaces 6L2-W0093-00) is designed to restore original performance to your engine's fuel system. It is compatible with a wide range of Yamaha 15-25HP 2-Stroke outboards from 1988–2014 (including 20D/M and 25N/M models) and Tohatsu 15-25HP 2-Stroke outboards from 1988–2004.

Installation Notes

Disconnect the battery and shut off the fuel supply.
Carefully remove the airbox/silencer cover to access the carburetors.
Label and disconnect all fuel lines, throttle linkages, and choke linkages.
Unbolt and remove the carburetors from the intake manifold.
Disassemble one carburetor at a time to avoid mixing parts. Place components on a clean tray.
Remove the float bowl, float, needle valve, jets, and old gaskets.
Thoroughly clean all metal components with carburetor cleaner, ensuring all passages are clear.
Install the new components from the rebuild kit, including gaskets, seals, float, and needle valve.
Reassemble the carburetor, ensuring the float height is set to factory specifications if available.
Repeat the process for the second carburetor.
Reinstall the carburetors onto the engine, reconnecting all linkages and fuel lines.
Turn on the fuel supply, check for leaks, and start the engine to test and adjust idle speed/mixture as needed.
