Installation Notes

Before starting, disconnect the battery and relieve fuel system pressure according to your engine's service manual.

Remove the fuel rail retainer clips and bolts, then gently lift the fuel rail to access the injectors.
Remove the clip securing the old injector to the fuel rail and carefully pull it out. Be prepared for minor fuel spillage.
Lubricate the new injector's O-rings with clean engine oil before installation.
Press the new injector firmly into the fuel rail and secure it with the clip.
Re-seat the fuel rail and injectors into the intake manifold, ensuring a snug fit.
Reinstall the fuel rail bolts, torquing them to the manufacturer's specification.
Reconnect the electrical connector and the battery.
Pressurize the fuel system by turning the key to the "on" position (without starting) several times, and check for any leaks around the injectors and fuel rail.
