Installation Notes
- Close the raw water intake seacock to stop water flow.
- Place an absorbent pad under the pump to catch any spillage.
- Remove the bolts from the pump's faceplate.

- Use needle-nose pliers or a dedicated impeller puller to remove the old impeller.
- Clean the inside of the pump housing, removing any debris or old gasket material.
- Lightly lubricate the new impeller and housing interior with a water-based lubricant or dish soap.
- Insert the new impeller, ensuring the vanes bend in the correct direction of the pump's rotation.
- Install the new gasket and/or O-ring on the clean faceplate.
- Reinstall the faceplate and tighten the bolts evenly in a star or criss-cross pattern.
- Open the seacock fully.
- Start the engine and immediately check for leaks at the pump cover and confirm proper water flow from the exhaust.
