Installation Notes
Installation requires cutting a hole in the boat deck and is best performed by a qualified marine technician. Note: Installation hardware (screws), a mounting template, and drain tube are NOT included.
- Disconnect all power to the trolling motor system.
- Position the tray on the deck and trace the required cutout outline (10-1/2" W × 17-3/4" L).
- Carefully cut the opening using a jigsaw or router. Always measure twice, cut once.
- Place the tray into the opening and mark the predrilled mounting hole locations. Remove the tray and drill pilot holes.
- Apply a generous bead of marine-grade sealant around the underside of the tray's lip to create a waterproof seal.
- Set the tray in place, align the holes, and secure it firmly with appropriate screws (not included).
- Install the foot pedal, route all wiring, and connect a drain tube (not included) to the bottom fitting.
- Reconnect power and test the foot pedal's operation.
