It is designed for Sherwood pump models P102, P105, P109, and P110, commonly found in Indmar, Marine Power, Crusader, and Pleasurecraft applications.

This kit serves as a direct cross-reference for Sherwood part numbers 19354 and 19354-SHW, and is an interchange for Crusader 40070 and Pleasurecraft RA057026 / RA057028.

Installation Notes

Disconnect the vessel's battery and close the raw water intake seacock.
Place a catch pan under the pump and drain remaining water by loosening hoses.
Remove the pump's end cover screws, cover, and old gasket or O-ring.
Carefully remove the old impeller. Use impeller pullers if necessary, avoiding damage to the housing.
Inspect the pump housing for scoring or damage. Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly.
Replace the lip seal, bearings, and retaining rings as provided in the kit.
Lubricate the new impeller and housing interior with a water-based lubricant or glycerine.
Install the new impeller with a twisting motion that follows the direction of engine rotation.
Install the new key, cam, and cam screw components.
Fit the new gasket or O-ring and securely fasten the end cover.
Reconnect all hoses, open the seacock fully, and reconnect the battery.
Once the engine is started, immediately check the pump and hose connections for leaks.
