Installation Notes
- Disconnect the battery and ensure the engine is cool.
- Locate the upper exhaust bellows connecting the exhaust riser and the Y-pipe.
- Loosen and remove the old clamps securing the existing bellows. Use a penetrating oil if bolts are corroded.
- Carefully cut or pry the old bellows off both connection points. Clean the mounting surfaces on the riser and pipe thoroughly.
- Position the new bellows over the pipe and riser. Ensure it is seated correctly and not twisted.
- Place the new stainless steel clamps over each end of the bellows.
- Tighten the clamps securely. Do not overtighten, as this can damage the rubber or clamp.
