Product Details

This aftermarket water pump impeller is a replacement cooling-system service part for selected Honda Marine, Mercury, and Mariner outboards. Company fitment records identify applications including Honda 70 HP and 90 HP outboards, Mercury/Mariner 2-stroke engines from 60 to 225 HP, and Mercury/Mariner 4-stroke engines from 30 to 300 HP.

The impeller is supplied as a single replacement impeller. It is not a complete water pump kit and does not include a gasket, wear plate, housing, or drive key. Always compare the original impeller and verify the exact engine model, stroke, and serial-number range before ordering.

  • Aftermarket replacement for selected marine outboard water-pump applications.
  • Applicable reference numbers include Mercury 47-43026T2 and 47-43026Q02, Honda 19210-ZW1-003 and 19210-ZW1-303, and Sierra 18-3056 and 18-3056-10.
  • Nominal dimensions: 89 mm outside diameter, 22.4 mm inside diameter, and 32.5 mm width.
  • Designed for routine water-pump maintenance when the replacement part number and dimensions match.

Installation Notes

  1. Confirm the replacement part number, dimensions, engine stroke, model, and serial-number range before beginning work.
  2. Disconnect the battery and follow the engine manufacturer's safety procedures.
  3. Remove the lower unit or sterndrive components as required by the service manual.

  8. Reassemble the water-pump housing and lower unit using the manufacturer's specified torque values.
  9. Run the engine only as permitted by the service manual and verify a normal cooling-water telltale stream and operating temperature.

Troubleshooting & FAQ

How do I confirm that this impeller fits my engine?

Match your existing OEM or aftermarket part number to the Part Number Matrix, then verify the engine model, stroke, horsepower, and serial-number range. For Honda applications, the listed references are 19210-ZW1-003 and 19210-ZW1-303. For Mercury and Mariner applications, verify the listed 47-43026T2 or 47-43026Q02 reference and the complete engine configuration.

Is this a complete water-pump kit?

No. This listing is for one replacement impeller only. It does not include the drive key, gasket, wear plate, housing, or other water-pump components.

Is a drive key included?

No. Some water-pump assemblies require a separate drive key. Inspect the existing key and consult the service manual for the correct replacement key for your engine.

What are common signs of a worn impeller?

Symptoms can include reduced cooling-water flow, a weak telltale stream, overheating at idle or low speed, or a high-temperature warning. Replace the impeller if the blades are cracked, brittle, deformed, or missing.

How often should an impeller be replaced?

Inspect the impeller during scheduled cooling-system maintenance and replace it according to the engine manufacturer's service guidance. More frequent inspection may be appropriate when operating in sandy, silty, or debris-filled water.

Is this an OEM part?

No. This is an aftermarket replacement impeller. The OEM and aftermarket numbers shown are reference numbers used to help identify the intended application.

Safety & Important Information

  • Do not rely on horsepower alone when confirming fitment; model, stroke, configuration, and serial number must also match.
  • Compare the replacement impeller with the original part before installation.
  • Do not operate an outboard with inadequate cooling-water flow.
  • Follow the manufacturer's service manual for disassembly, torque specifications, lubrication, and testing.
  • Professional installation is recommended when lower-unit or sterndrive service is outside your experience.
