Installation Notes

1. Ensure the engine is off and the fuel supply valve is closed. Work in a well-ventilated area.
2. Place a drain pan or absorbent rags under the existing filter to catch any fuel spillage.
3. Loosen the hose clamps on both sides of the filter.
4. Carefully disconnect the fuel lines from the old filter, noting the direction-of-flow arrow.
5. Install the new filter, making sure the arrow points in the direction of fuel flow toward the engine.
6. Securely reattach the fuel lines and tighten the clamps. Do not overtighten.
7. Prime the fuel system as per your engine's service manual.
8. Start the engine and carefully inspect the filter and connections for any leaks.
