Shipping policy

At SeaSierra, we want to give you clear and accurate shipping expectations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms below.

1. Shipping Origin
We fulfill orders from two warehouses:

  • A U.S. domestic fulfillment center for in-stock items.
  • An overseas warehouse for out-of-stock items and international orders.

The warehouse used depends on the item's stock status and your delivery location.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We ship within the United States and worldwide. Shipping tiers are based on order weight:

  • Standard Shipping: Free
  • Heavy Goods (2 kg – 5 kg): $18.00
  • Extra Heavy (5 kg and above): $40.00

The exact shipping cost is automatically calculated and shown at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

4. Estimated Delivery Times
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

  • U.S. domestic fulfillment (in-stock items): typically delivered within 6–7 days.
  • Items shipped globally, or U.S. out-of-stock items: usually delivered within 9–15 days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Peak seasons (such as major holidays) may cause slight delays. Let us know if you'd like help checking stock availability before ordering.

5. Packaging
Products are shipped in sturdy, protective packaging to reduce the risk of damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery (see our Refund Policy).

6. Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages or reshipment costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. To correct an address, contact us immediately before the order ships.

8. Split Shipments
Depending on stock and item size, your order may ship in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number.

9. Refusal of Delivery
If a package is returned to us because delivery was refused, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
