3. Shipping Rates & DestinationsWe currently focus on serving the United States market. We offer transparent shipping tiers based on your order weight:
- Standard Shipping: Free
- Heavy Goods Shipping (2kg - 5kg): $18.00
- Extra Heavy Shipping (5kg and above): $40.00 (Note: The exact shipping cost will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.)
4. Delivery Timeframe (Transit Time)
Total Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
- United States: 6–7 business days for domestic fulfillment.
5. Packaging Standards & Insurance We ensure products are shipped according to strict safety guidelines in sturdy, well-protected packaging based on the format you choose.
- Fully Insured: We organize and insure the transport of every order. If damage occurs during transit, you are fully covered.
6. Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect in the carrier's system.
7. Shipping Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct before checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages or reshipment costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately before the order ships.
8. Split Shipments Depending on inventory availability and item size, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
9. Refusal of Delivery If a package is returned to us due to refusal of delivery, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
