Installation Notes

Ensure the engine is off and has completely cooled down. Disconnect the battery for safety.
Remove the upper engine cowling to access the exhaust system components.
Carefully unbolt and remove the exhaust cover plate to expose the old gasket.
Remove the old exhaust gasket. Clean both the engine block surface and the cover plate mating surface meticulously. All old gasket material and carbon deposits must be removed for a proper seal.
Place the new gasket into position, ensuring it aligns with the bolt holes.
Reinstall the exhaust cover plate. Tighten the bolts in a crisscross pattern to the torque specifications listed in your engine's service manual. Do not overtighten.
Reconnect the battery and replace the engine cowling.
Start the engine and check for any exhaust or water leaks around the cover plate.
