Installation Notes

1. Disconnect the battery and shut off the fuel supply for safety.
2. Remove the engine cowling to access the carburetor.
3. Carefully disconnect fuel lines, throttle linkage, and choke linkage from the old unit.
4. Unbolt and remove the old carburetor. Clean the engine's mounting surface to remove old gasket residue.
5. Mount the new carburetor assembly, ensuring it is seated correctly on a new gasket.
6. Tighten mounting bolts to the manufacturer's specified torque.
7. Reconnect the fuel lines, throttle, and choke linkages.
8. Turn on the fuel supply and inspect thoroughly for any leaks.
9. Reconnect the battery, start the engine, and allow it to warm up.
10. Adjust idle speed or mixture screws as necessary for smooth operation.
11. Once satisfied, shut down the engine and replace the cowling.
