It provides a complete component set to replace the critical rubber bellows, preventing water intrusion at the transom.

Installation Notes

Disconnect the battery and ensure the sterndrive is in a safe, accessible position, either trimmed up or removed.
Remove the outdrive by detaching the hydraulic trim rams and the main drive retaining nuts.
Carefully disconnect the shift cable, speedometer hose (if equipped), and retaining clamps from the old bellows.
Remove the old U-joint bellows, exhaust bellows, and shift cable bellows. Inspect the transom assembly for any damage or corrosion.
Remove the old gimbal bearing using a slide hammer or bearing puller tool.
Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly before installing the new gimbal bearing and seals from the gasket kit.
Install the new gimbal bearing, ensuring it is properly seated and aligned.
Install the new shift cable, exhaust, and U-joint bellows, securing them tightly with the provided clamps.
Reconnect all components and reinstall the sterndrive. Torque all fasteners to the manufacturer's specifications.
