Installation Notes
- Disconnect the battery and remove the engine cover. Disconnect the shift linkage.
- Remove the lower unit mounting bolts and carefully separate the lower unit from the upper casing.

- Slide the new woodruff key onto the driveshaft and install the new impeller by turning the shaft clockwise.
- Place the new O-ring and cartridge outer plate, then secure the pump housing with the four new bolts, tightening them to the manufacturer's specified torque.
- Reinstall the lower unit, ensuring the driveshaft, shift shaft, and water tube are correctly aligned. Test the engine on a water source to confirm proper cooling.
