Place the new rubber bushing into the gimbal housing.
Mount the bushing retaining tool to hold the bushing in place.
Turn the two screws 1–2 turns to position the tool correctly.
Insert the plastic end of the water hose assembly until its rib seats in the bushing's recessed area.
Proper insertion is confirmed when the water hose end and retaining tool surface are flush.
Tighten the screws to a torque of 2.3 Nm (20.3 lb-in) to fully seat the bushing.
Remove the bushing retainer tool from the gimbal housing.
Verify correct installation: the plastic end of the water hose should protrude about 6 mm (0.25 in.) beyond the rubber bushing.
