Troubleshooting & FAQ

How do I know if my fuel injector is failing?

Common signs of a faulty fuel injector include rough idling, engine misfires (often triggering a check engine light), poor acceleration, increased fuel consumption, and difficulty starting the engine.

Is this injector compatible with ethanol-blended fuels like E10?

Yes, this injector is constructed with materials that are fully compatible with modern gasoline formulations, including those containing ethanol.

What are the benefits of an 8-hole nozzle design?

The 8-hole nozzle provides superior fuel atomization compared to older single-pintle or 4-hole designs. This finer fuel mist mixes more effectively with air, leading to more complete combustion, improved fuel efficiency, and better throttle response.

Can I clean my old injectors instead of replacing them?

While professional off-car injector cleaning can sometimes restore performance, it may not fix internal electrical or mechanical failures. Replacement is often a more reliable, long-term solution, especially if the injector is clogged or has high hours.

What is OEM vs. Aftermarket?

This listing is for an aftermarket replacement part, not an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) component. It has been engineered to meet or exceed OEM-level specifications using comparable materials and is manufactured in an ISO 9002 facility with batch inspections for quality control.

What are your shipping speeds and costs?

We ship worldwide quickly, with typical transit times of 5–15 days for most regions. Standard shipping is free. Expedited shipping options, where available, will be presented at checkout.

What is the warranty and return policy?

This part is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal marine use. Should an issue arise, please contact our support team with your order number. Returns are accepted within our standard return window for items that are unused and in their original packaging. See our full policy page or contact us for instructions.

Safety & Important Info

  • Verify images and specifications against your original part before purchasing. If anything differs—even if your model appears on a compatibility list—do not purchase.
  • This is an aftermarket replacement part, not an OEM component.
  • Professional installation is recommended for safety and performance. Handling fuel systems carries inherent risks.
