Installation Notes

Disconnect the vessel's battery before starting work.
Safely relieve pressure from the fuel system according to your engine's service manual.
Carefully disconnect the electrical connector and fuel line from the old injector.
Remove the mounting hardware and gently twist the old injector to remove it from the fuel rail.
Lightly lubricate the new injector's O-rings with clean engine oil before installation.
Press the new injector firmly and evenly into the fuel rail until it is properly seated.
Secure the injector with the original mounting hardware and reconnect the fuel line and electrical connector.
Once all injectors are replaced, reconnect the battery.
Prime the fuel system and turn the key to the "On" position (without starting the engine) to check for leaks.
If no leaks are present, start the engine and let it idle, continuing to check for any signs of fuel leaks.
