Installation Notes

Carefully remove the lower unit (gearcase) from the outboard's driveshaft housing.

Remove the old impeller, gasket, wear plate, and key. Clean all mating surfaces thoroughly.
Install the new components from the kit in reverse order. Lightly grease the new impeller and housing interior.
Reinstall the lower unit, ensuring the driveshaft and water tube align correctly. Test operation in water before use.
