- Ensure the engine is off and the drive is in neutral. For safety, disconnect the battery.
- Remove the old propellers using the appropriate Duoprop tool.
- Clean and inspect the propeller shafts for any damage or debris.
- Grease the propeller shafts with marine-grade waterproof grease.
- Install the new front propeller, followed by its cone nut. Torque to manufacturer specifications.
- Install the new rear propeller, followed by its cone nut. Torque to manufacturer specifications.
- Verify the propellers spin freely without obstruction.
