- Remove the rear propeller cone and nut, then slide the rear propeller off the shaft.
- Remove the front propeller nut and slide the front propeller off the shaft.
- Thoroughly clean and apply a fresh coat of marine-grade grease to the propeller shafts.
- Install the new front propeller onto the inner shaft, followed by its thrust washer and nut.
- Install the new rear propeller onto the outer shaft, followed by its thrust washer and nut.
- Tighten both propeller nuts to the manufacturer's specified torque using a torque wrench.
