Installation Notes

1. Disconnect the battery and safely relieve all fuel system pressure before beginning.
2. Locate and disconnect the electrical connector from the fuel injector you intend to replace.
3. Carefully unbolt and remove the fuel rail to access the injector.
4. Remove the old injector from the fuel rail. Clean any debris from the injector port.
5. Lightly lubricate the new o-rings with clean engine oil and install them on the new injector.
6. Firmly press the new injector into the fuel rail and engine intake, ensuring it is properly seated.
7. Re-secure the fuel rail and reconnect the electrical connector.
8. Reconnect the battery.
9. Turn the ignition key to the 'ON' position for several seconds (do not start the engine) to prime the system. Visually inspect for any fuel leaks.
10. Once confirmed leak-free, start the engine and check for smooth operation.
