Installation Notes
- Disconnect the battery and remove the engine cover for safety.
- Drain the gearcase oil from the lower unit.
- Remove the bolts securing the lower unit (gearcase) and carefully detach it from the upper casing.
- Unbolt and remove the water pump housing to access the impeller.

- Install the new gaskets, wear plate, impeller key, and impeller. Ensure the vanes are oriented correctly.
- Install the new insert cup and o-ring into the housing.

- Apply a light waterproof grease to the driveshaft splines and reinstall the lower unit.
- Refill the gearcase with fresh oil. Reconnect the battery.
