Installation Notes
- Gather all necessary tools, including an oil filter wrench, socket set, gear lube pump, and container for used fluids.
- Position the outboard in its tilt position over a drain pan and remove the drain plug to empty the engine oil.
- Remove and replace the old oil filter, applying a light coat of new oil to the gasket of the new filter.
- Re-install the drain plug with a new gasket and fill the engine with the specified amount of new oil from the kit.
- Locate and replace the external fuel/water separating filter and any inline fuel filters included in your kit.
