Installation Notes
- Ensure the engine is completely cool and the battery is disconnected.
- Close the raw water seacock and drain the existing exhaust system.
- Carefully disconnect the raw water inlet hose and the exhaust outlet hose from the old elbow.
- Remove the mounting bolts securing the old elbow to the exhaust manifold or turbo.
- Clean the mating surface on the manifold/turbo, removing all old gasket material and corrosion.
- Position the new exhaust elbow with a new gasket (not included) and loosely tighten the mounting bolts.
- Reconnect the raw water and exhaust hoses, ensuring all clamps are secure.

- Open the seacock, reconnect the battery, and start the engine. Check for any exhaust or water leaks.
