Installation Notes
- Ensure the engine is off and the water intake seacock is closed.
- Remove the water pump's end cover plate to access the impeller.
- Carefully thread the puller tool into the impeller's hub by hand until it is securely seated.
- Gently tighten the center bolt on the puller, which presses against the pump shaft. This action will slowly and evenly draw the impeller out of the housing.
- Continue tightening until the impeller is completely free. Avoid using excessive force.
- Once removed, unscrew the tool from the old impeller.
