Installation Notes

1. Disconnect the main battery cables to prevent electrical shorts.
2. Remove the engine cowling and flywheel cover to access the flywheel and stator.
3. Use a flywheel puller to safely remove the flywheel. Do not strike the flywheel or crankshaft.
4. Note the wiring path and disconnect the old stator's electrical connectors.
5. Unbolt and remove the old stator assembly from the engine block.
6. Clean the mounting surface on the engine block before installing the new part.
7. Position the new stator assembly, ensuring it is correctly oriented.
8. Apply thread locker to the mounting bolts and torque them to the manufacturer's specifications.
9. Route the new stator wires along the original path and securely connect them.
10. Reinstall the flywheel and torque the flywheel nut to the specified value.
11. Reinstall the flywheel cover and engine cowling. Reconnect the battery and test the engine.
