On a clean workbench, carefully disassemble the carburetor. Keep parts organized.
Clean all metal components with a dedicated carburetor cleaner. Do not spray solvents on rubber or plastic parts.
Replace the old gaskets, seals, and needle valve with the new components from the kit.
Reassemble the carburetor, making sure all parts are correctly installed.
Mount the reassembled carburetor back onto the engine and reconnect all lines and linkages.
Turn the fuel supply back on and check for any leaks before starting the engine.
