- Tighten cylinder head nuts in positions 1-4 to 110 Nm (80 lb-ft).
- Tighten cylinder head nuts in positions 5-6 to 45 Nm (33 lb-ft).
- Perform the second and final tightening after the engine has been run and reached normal operating temperature.
- If installing a kit that includes a valve stem seal, ensure it is used only on the intake side. Do not install on the exhaust side to prevent accelerated sooting.
