Installation Notes

  1. Disconnect the battery and relieve the fuel system pressure to prevent fuel spray.
  2. Place absorbent rags around the regulator to catch any residual fuel.
  3. Carefully disconnect the fuel lines and vacuum hose from the old regulator.
  4. Remove the mounting hardware and take out the old unit.
  5. Install the new regulator, ensuring a secure fit, and reconnect all hoses.
  6. Reconnect the battery, prime the fuel system, and pressurize it by turning the key to the 'On' position several times.
  7. Start the engine and carefully inspect for any fuel leaks around the regulator and its connections.
