This Propeller Safety Guard 11" is an orange polypropylene guard designed to fit most 25-35 HP outboard motors. It is compatible with standard gearcase configurations from brands including Mercury, Johnson, Evinrude, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda, and Tohatsu. Note that it is not suitable for Big Foot or High Thrust models.
This part is a direct replacement for aftermarket part numbers PG00110, PG-11O, and PG002.

Installation Notes
- Ensure the engine is off and disconnect the battery for safety.
- Position the two halves of the propeller guard around the gearcase assembly of the outboard motor.
- Align the bolt holes on both halves of the guard. Use the included 1/3" drill bit to drill mounting holes if necessary.
- Insert the appropriate length bolts (short for upper, long for lower) and loosely fasten the nuts.
- Adjust the guard's position to ensure it is centered and provides adequate clearance around the propeller.
- Tighten all hardware securely. Do not overtighten.
- Reconnect the engine battery and test the installation at low speeds to confirm there is no contact between the propeller and the guard.
