Installation Notes

Ensure the engine is off, the drive is tilted down, and all safety precautions are followed. Disconnect the battery as a safety measure.
Remove the old anchor pin hardware, including any nuts, washers, and caps securing the trim cylinders.
Carefully retract the old pin, freeing the rear of the trim cylinders. Note the orientation of any existing bushings and washers.
Clean the mounting holes and surrounding area on the gimbal housing to remove any corrosion or debris.
Install the new rubber bushings and caps into the trim cylinder eyes as required.
Align the trim cylinders with the mounting holes and slide the new stainless steel anchor pin through to secure them.
Install the new washers and nuts, tightening them to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications.
Reconnect the battery and test the trim/tilt system to ensure smooth operation without binding.
