Installation Notes
- Disconnect the battery and remove the engine cover.
- Shift the outboard into neutral and remove the lower unit mounting bolts.

- Slide the new impeller onto the shaft, rotating it clockwise to seat the vanes correctly.
- Install the new cartridge insert and O-rings in the housing.
- Reassemble the pump housing and tighten bolts to the manufacturer's torque specifications.
- Reinstall the lower unit, ensuring the water tube and drive shaft are aligned.
- Reconnect the battery and test the engine using a water supply ("muffs") to verify proper water flow from the tell-tale outlet.
